- We will provide your organization with a complimentary 12ft x 12ft booth space. Please remember to bring your own tables, chairs, tents, and any other display materials you require. Consider bringing signage, banners, brochures, or other promotional materials to effectively showcase your organization or business. Ensure that your booth setup is safe and does not block walkways or neighboring booths. Unfortunately, electrical power will not be provided onsite. If your setup requires electricity, please plan accordingly by bringing battery-powered or alternative power sources.
- We kindly request that all organizations remain present for the entire event to fully participate in this community gathering. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Please be mindful not to occupy another organization's designated space for your booth. If you inadvertently set up in the wrong location, we may request that you relocate your booth.
- Throughout the event, volunteers will be available to assist you with any inquiries or issues. They will also periodically visit your booth to check on your needs.
- Please note that our event is family-friendly, and we expect all booth participants to ensure that their content and appearance are appropriate for all ages. PARKING INFO:
Parking is available for organizations at Bush Brothers Parking Lot. You can get to the lot from Goodwin to Eads or Lincoln to Eads. The address of the lot is 1111 W. Eads St. Please do not block the dock.
Additional free parking is available in the King School Parking Lot, Circle Drive (one side only), the spaces in front of the building, or the King School lot on the corner of Goodwin and Fairview.
Additionally, you can park on residential streets (as long as it's not a no-parking zone), but please do not block any of the neighborhood drive ways!

What to Expect during the event:
- During the event, we encourage you to enjoy the complimentary food offerings that are available. However, we kindly request that booth participants refrain from leaving their booths unattended for extended periods to ensure continuous engagement with event attendees.
- As the event takes place outdoors, please plan accordingly for sun exposure. We recommend bringing sunscreen, hats, and other protective clothing to shield yourself from the sun's rays. Additionally, considering the possibility of inclement weather, it's advisable to bring some form of coverage, such as a canopy or umbrella, to provide shade and protection from rain if needed. This is a rain (no lightning) or shine event.
- While interacting with attendees, feel free to engage them with activities, demonstrations, or giveaways to enhance their experience at your booth. Remember to maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanor throughout the event.
- We also encourage you to explore other booths and activities at the event to fully immerse yourself in the community atmosphere and make the most of this opportunity for networking and collaboration.
- Please ensure that your booth area is clean and free of debris at the end of the event.
- Trash receptacles will be provided, but please dispose of any waste generated by your booth appropriately.
