Purpose:
Join us in recognizing the outstanding individuals and organizations who embody the spirit of community, service, and unity, inspired by the remarkable legacy of Mrs. Jettie Rhodes. These awards pay tribute to those who have made significant contributions to the betterment of our community, reflecting Mrs. Rhodes' unwavering dedication to uplifting others.

Award Categories:
Youth Advocate Award: Honoring individuals who have dedicated themselves to the well-being and empowerment of youth in our community, following in Mrs. Rhodes' footsteps as a passionate advocate for young people.
Neighborhood Champion Award: Recognizing individuals who have shown exceptional dedication to improving their neighborhoods and fostering a sense of community, echoing Mrs. Rhodes' initiative to organize selfless events with her neighbors.
Community Unity Award: Acknowledging individuals or organizations that have tirelessly promoted unity and collaboration within our community, reflecting Mrs. Rhodes' ability to bring people together for common goals.
Legacy of Service Award: Commemorating individuals who have made enduring contributions to our community over the course of their lifetime, leaving a lasting legacy of positive impact as exemplified by Mrs. Rhodes throughout her life.
Emerging Leader Award: Honoring a youth from high school and below who have shown exceptional dedication to community service and involvement, making a significant positive impact through their volunteer efforts and leadership. This award honors young individuals who inspire their peers and contribute to the well-being and unity of the community, reflecting the spirit of Mrs. Jettie Rhodes.

Nomination Instructions:
To nominate an individual or organization for one of the awards listed above, please fill out the nomination form below. Provide detailed information about the nominee's contributions and how they embody the spirit of the award category. Nominations must be submitted by Friday, May 30, 2025. Winners will be announced and honored at this year’s event being held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 12pm-4pm.
